La quinta edizione dell’European Best Sniper Team Competition si è tenuta dal 5 al 14 agosto 2021 presso l’area di allenamento di Hohenfels, in Germania.
“La competizione sarà molto divertente “, ha detto il sergente. 1st Class Jeannoel Howell, il match director per la European Best Sniper Team Competition 21 all’apertura della competizione. “Ci saranno molte sfide estenuanti per ogni aspetto che hanno imparato durante l’addestramento oltre a superare i propri limiti. “
Questa competizione include molti altri paesi alleati e partner della NATO, che porteranno le proprie armi e munizioni per partecipare alla competizione.
“Poiché sono coinvolti così tanti paesi, c’è la possibilità per i cecchini di cooperare a livello multinazionale “, ha affermato Howell. “Eventi come questo sono sempre una grande opportunità per migliorare l’interoperabilità tra partner e alleati . “
Ci sono tre criteri principali per partecipare alla European Best Sniper Team Competition : i concorrenti e osservatori devono essere qualificati come tiratori scelti; devono essere di stanza in Europa e devono essere fisicamente idonei.
